We aren’t your ordinary IMO. ABX may have a large footprint but we function like a small town. Our representatives are the lifeblood of our company. If they succeed then we succeed. We assist and support each other through the good, the awesome, and the ugly. Let’s face it, it’s not all sunshine & rainbows. This industry is not for everybody. Our History
How It All Began
American Benefits Exchange (ABX), formerly known as IHC Financial Group LLC, was founded in 2008 to serve as the marketing arm of Madison National Life (MNL). Initially ABX focused primarily on serving the federal employee & military personnel markets. The company has since expanded to provide life & health insurance services to seniors, business owners, & individuals.

IHCFG acquired by MNL executives Brian Pearson, Val Majewski, & Mark Saccomanno
Name changed to American Benefits Exchange (ABX)
ABX acquired by AmeriLife
As an Amerilife affiliate, American Benefits Exchange partners with, and obtains the backing & support of, a multi-billion dollar enterprise.
