Yahaira Houston is a Contracting Specialist for American Benefits Exchange, LLC. While serving in the licensing and contracting department, she assists agents throughout the appointment process while working with a variety of carriers.

Yahaira also monitors pending business and provides additional case management. Finally, Yahaira is also heavily involved in the oversight and administration of the lead generation and distribution for our proprietary federal market lead program.

She helps with content proofreading on all marketing material and announcements. Houston is bilingual in English and Spanish.
