Shakira Crigger is the Life and Annuity Case Manager at American Benefits Exchange, LLC.  As Case Manager, her role consists of reviewing and organizing case progress to ensure each is issued and placed in a timely manner while managing agent expectations by being the point of contact between carriers and agents.

Prior to joining the American Benefits Exchange team, Crigger served in the U.S. Navy stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where she met her husband, a fellow veteran, and began her family. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
